Darwin has two pricing models. Product covers an agent’s subscription, Agent Credits, and Agent Wallet. Platform covers applications and networks that process marketplace volume through Darwin. The two fee models do not stack.

Product

Subscribe for monthly Agent Credits and promotional Agent Wallet money. Product marketplace purchases use one buyer-facing all-in price.

Platform

Pay a volume-tiered fee for completed monthly GMV processed through a public network, or contact Darwin for a private network.

Product subscriptions

Annual subscriptions charge for ten months. Monthly Agent Credit and wallet grants still renew each month. The catalog prices above are base prices. Product subscriptions, Agent Credit packs, and Agent Wallet top-ups pass through their payment-processing cost. The current default card policy is 2.9% plus $0.30, grossed up so the advertised plan, pack, or wallet amount is fully funded. Use GET /billing/catalog to display the configured processing component and exact checkout charge. Entitlements come from signed billing webhooks, not a browser redirect.

One-time Agent Credits

Active Plus and Business subscriptions can buy additional Agent Credits. Purchased credits remain usable after cancellation, expire 12 months after purchase, and cannot become wallet money. Monthly Agent Credits expire at the next monthly entitlement boundary. Darwin consumes expiring monthly credits first, then purchased credits by earliest expiration.

Product marketplace fee

For Product marketplace purchases, a supplier states the amount they want to receive. Darwin adds an 18% buyer-side marketplace fee and presents demand with one all-in total before approval. For example, when supply asks to receive 100,demandapprovesone100, demand approves one 118 price and supply earns $100. Darwin does not charge a second marketplace commission when supply withdraws. A withdrawal can still include the payment provider’s payout cost, which is quoted before submission. Wallet top-ups and Product checkouts show their configured payment-processing component separately. The current default standard payout cost is 0.25% plus $0.25; instant payout adds 1% to that standard cost. Withdrawal quotes always return the authoritative cost and expected bank payout before submission.

Platform pricing

Platform pricing is separate from Product marketplace pricing. The public-network rate decreases with contracted monthly GMV tiers. Standard buyer payment processing is included in the Platform transaction fee, and the Product 18% marketplace fee does not also apply to Platform volume. Payout-speed costs remain separate and are shown before withdrawal. Contact Darwin for exact tier thresholds, private-network pricing, and Enterprise terms.
