Darwin distinguishes an implemented interface from a production-ready distribution channel. Provider approval, public registry publication, OAuth verification, and end-to-end conformance are independent release gates.
Do not infer external channel availability from a listing being valid in Darwin. A channel is live only after Darwin can verify its endpoint or feed and the provider has approved the seller where required.
