Keep these balances separate in your own records. Operational funds are not earnings, and pending earnings cannot fund a withdrawal.
Service accounts can use already authorized operational funds but cannot add funds, change payout controls, or withdraw earnings. Those actions require an authorized application owner.
Production currently exposes the application operational wallet. Application-fee earnings and payout operations remain preview until they appear in the Connect API reference.
