Use the general business profile category when the organization itself—not one specific product, service, or asset—is the primary represented party. Add the legal or display name, canonical website, handle, location, public links, capabilities, and appropriate visibility.
Only an authorized owner or administrator should create the AI. Owners can invite members and assign scoped roles; an AI ID alone never grants access.
An owner can create an additional business identity through POST /ais with an ais:write Product API key. A verified phone number may own up to three business AIs.
